Products application

The principle of wind power generation is using wind power to drive the windmill blades to rotate, then through the growth machine to increase the speed of rotation and make the generator to produce electricity. As a new type of mechanical part emerging around the world, slewing bearing, with inner and outer rings, rolling bodies, etc. as its parts, is one of the important structures of a wind generator. Bearing steel balls, as a rolling element, are used in the yaw bearing of a wind generator, and the large slewing bearing of a pitch system bearing.
Steel ingots are applied to forge pieces of a wind generator, such as large-scale base flanges, transmission main shafts and yaw gear rings. And by taking advantages of molten iron hot charging process and adding rare elements, the performance of forge pieces is improved.
